I want to start applying for elk draws in Arizona and don't care about number of tags or draw percentages. Would like some feed back on units that carry the biggest bulls. Do not want to have to use a guide. Want only to go on a DIY hunt.  Any suggestions???

Pretty much all of the northern units hold great bulls!
