what's your thoughts on matching you vanes with your broad head? Does it create less drag in flight, group better, more accurate??? I've heard it doesn't matter with mechanical broadheads but it does wtih fixed blade broad heads. idea's or opions???

Interesting, it may be worth it to setup one with the fletchings matching the broad head, and compare the two.

It does seem to be more accurate shooting smaller vanes with mechanical broadheads plus aligning them. A guy might try the longer vanes with fixed blade broadheads, align them and see what works better for him.

I shoot the Shuttle T 100 grains and love them.
I try to line them up with the vanes as much as possible, but they fly pretty straight regardless.
I don't shoot mechanicals because some states don't allow them and I'd rather practice consistently with the same gear.

Mechanicals are great on Yotes, I tried out your shuttle-T's, great broadheads they are pretty impressive. I'm throwing out the ole thunder heads.
